19  - Deliver a high quality application from designing and iterating new features into production in short sprint cycles
20  - Ensure design ideas are transformed into a user-friendly and intuitive application
21  - Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
22  - Set up complex development, test and production environments across multiple platforms, browsers, and devices
23  - Use data driven approach to experiment and iterate on product improvements
24  Independently design, build, maintain and take on ownership of complex software modules and services
25  - Collaborate cross-functionally to inform about design and architectural decisions, contribute across our entire Studio product stack
26  - Maintain and make use of a good overview of the overall technology stack
27  Work closely together with all engineering disciplines (backend, Embark team) to ensure seamless user experience and efficient overall architecture
28  - Shape, facilitate and survey coding guidelines and quality standards
29  - Manage technical debt
30  - Independently focus on continuous learning and improvement and drive the evolution of our engineering practices
