12  - Responsible for the overall Design strategy of the incubated projects including -creating scenarios, storyboards, mockups and prototyping and ultimately mentoring the incubatee teams regarding their Product Design needs

16  - Define user models and user interfaces for incubatees existing products and features
17  - Take high-level product ideas from conception to mockups and finished renderings
18  - Continuously improve design processes, knowledge sharing, and tools to measurably enhance productivity and product quality
19  - Ensure that the quality of implementation meets design requirements
20  - Effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
21  - Work in design projects and manage multiple work streams in a fast-paced, changing environment
22  - Work with other team leads within Status and mostly Incubate Program on product design strategy and vision
23  - Contribute broadly to design culture at the Incubatee Program
24  - Collaborate with the Status core UX team to ensure alignment.
