19  - Work with marketing, product, and research teams to identify strategic insights that will impact the creation of the brand
20  - Based on consumer research and design principles, help craft the visual design system for Status
21  - Creation of styleguide to be used by all functional teams including, product, marketing, BD, etc
22  - Implementation of design system across all Status properties and marketing initiatives
23  - Creation and implementation of brand tone of voice in line with company goals and consumer insights.
24  - Ensure all product and marketing material follow brand guidelines
25  - Continuous research and assessment for brand refinement
26  - Creation of brand deliverables
27  - Ongoing ownership of brand to ensure the rules of the design system and tone of voice are met across all touchpoints at all times
28  - Creation and execution of product and brand campaigns
