 4  This is a kind of "manifesto" or to better put "declaration".

 6  Reasoning

 9  While "reasoning" has become a feature of LLMs and AI technologies, this
10  "functionality" has been used and continiously developed by humans and possibly
11  other organisms that exist on planet Earth, with the planet included according
12  to some, as well as other entities outside the planet or even the plain of
13  existence.

15  Humans making up stuff that later on are described as models with "reasoning"
16  capabilities, it's more or less an insult. While the most "established"
17  philosophers accept the fundamental truth "I know nothing", tech bros,
18  influencers, propagandists and billionaires altogether are "setting themselves
19  free" of this limitation by declaring so, while insisting they are "right" to
20  believe so and enforcing their narative onto others by playing the same old
21  money game to manipulate not only thought patterns but also the ways that people
22  should or should not work.

24  Inherintely, while the whole process is one of reasoning the lack of emotional
25  understanding, compassion and intuition, transforms this very reasoning into a
26  fruitless, garbage producing process.

28  To put it more strongly, it's fascism with a couple of extra steps, because
29  everyone is required more or less to agree that this is the era we are on and
30  that is the way of going forward as a society, as civilization or other labels
31  of group that try to tie bigger and bigger groups of people, so they can provide
32  a sense of belonging, evolution and possibly other quirks in order to raise the
33  **forced** trend onto everyone on the globe.

35  However, the people that are forcing this trend have a particular role into the
36  society: extract wealth for their own benefits from the rest of society.
37  Unironically, this is their reasoning on the matter. Essentially, their products
38  and technologies reproduce their way of thinking, which by definition harm the
39  society, us the people.

44  As mentioned already, this society is mainly managed by people that don't really
45  care about anyone else than their profits, their wallets, their bellies. They
46  mostly come into a place that they act like being the forward thinkers but,
47  essentially, they are not. They can move mountains, extract huge resources from
48  places and ship them to other places, but the malicious-will is always there, a
49  constant factor that won't change.

51  What can change is our part of the game; the means of production are still in
52  our hands. Our creativity can still flourish and indeed still does. While the
53  monster that the few created and forced upon us might look enormous before our
54  eyes, it's we the people of the world that made this happen.

56  What I see is many corporations getting in the game of acquiring more control in
57  exchange for tools. What I see is that if someone owns a business, sooner or
58  later a portion of their income not only will be delivered via a "platform" but
59  also one part of their income will also end up in the "platform". That means
60  that anyone who starts a business for their reasons, sooner or later is forced
61  to be a worker for big corporation. Essentially, people are allowed to have a
62  kiosk in someone's mega-mall.

64  While the accessibity seems beneficial, and it generally is, when the mean
65  serves the sole purpose of profit gaining, it's obvious that sooner or later the
66  profit will replace any reasoning of the means appliance.

68  In contrast, holisticly viewing and approaching each case would naturally
69  prevent this thing from happening.

71  Self-management can mimic both ways, however, being applied by people that are
72  integral to society and also lobby-resistant, will ensure that this procedure
73  won't derail at any point.

78  In terms of action-taking, we can choose what we do and how we do it. In this
79  particular case, a call for strike is being done:

81  - No use of AI/LLMs for coding
82  - Do not apply to positions that require LLM-"assisted" work
83  - Speak up when bosses are start to forcing this upon you
84  - Organize your existence with like-minded people

86  We are the power, we can do whatever we want.

88  While these calls to action might seem hard, if you already feel a headache with
89  the new requirements, your benefit would be to cure the cause of the headache.

91  Opt-out of the trend. Do your job on your own, sell your job to a network of
92  people that both appreciate you and your efforts as well as your products. The
93  overlords won't be happy, but we ain't happy either for them being overlords.
