15  [Advanced search](https://archive.ph/o/A0Wx0/https://twitter.com/search-advanced) is available when you’re logged in to X.com. It allows you to tailor search results to specific date ranges, people and more. This makes it easier to find specific posts.

19  1. Enter your search into the search bar on X.com.
20  2. Click **Advanced search**, located underneath **Search filters** on the upper right of your results page, or click **More options** and then click **Advanced search.**

You can also [search for posts](https://archive.ph/o/A0Wx0/https://twitter.com/search?q=%2523WorldCup%20lang:en%20near:%22Brazil%22%20within:15mi%20until:2014-07-31&src=typd) in English by using the hashtag. For example, “#WorldCup” sent from Brazil in July 2014 will show you posts about the world cup that year.
