 5  Once the Evaluation Technical Report of dossier {{$dossier->code_seq}} {{$dossier->toe->name ?? '[TOE_NAME]'}} has been validated by the CB the evaluation process has ended and therefore the hearing before the resolution is called.

21  According to certification procedure PO-005, the agenda for the meeting will be:
22  	a)	Presentation of the evaluation results, where the laboratory shall present the evaluation milestones, its observations and the conclusions of the ETR.
23  	b)	Presentation of the corrective measures applied to the evaluation, where the applicant can present the corrective measures used to remediate the possible observations or nonconformities detected in the evaluation, and his comments on the conclusions of the ETR.
24  	c)	Presentation of the Certifier's conclusions, where the Certifier shall indicate to the certification applicant the nature, seriousness and consequences of the observations and nonconformities identified during the evaluation procedure and monitoring, where applicable, with their implications in the resolution of the certification request.
25  	d)	Review, by the Certifier, of the rest of the steps leading to the resolution of the dossier.
26  	e)	Review, by the certifier, of the applicant rights to:
27  		-	Submit additional claims and evidence against the Certification Report conclusions, between ten and fifteen days, from the date of the hearing prior to the resolution. and,
28  		-	Lodge an appeal before the Certification Body Director, in case of final rejection resolution.
29  	h)	Any other business, at the request of the Certification Body, certification applicant or laboratory, pertaining to the resolution of the certification application.

33  The meeting will be held by e-mail in priciple, so you will receive soon an encrypted PDF form with the CB and lab conclusions of your evaluation process including a summary of the evaluation results, information about the final steps remaining. You will be able to fill the red squared boxes in the form with your information and comments following the instructions given in the document. Once filled, please send it encrypted back to the lab in order and they will send it back to the CB.
