5  today i've been thinking about listening. i first started thinking about it in the gym when haikal was telling me about some beta for a route, and i just wasnt really listening but nodded along. i do that a lot. just kinda go 'yeah' and 'okay' without paying much attention. this is something riya brought up as well. how i dont listen. so it's something i would like to get better at. speaking (lol) of riya, i've been avoiding her for a couple days now. i think the right thing to do would just be to break up, but im struggling to find the courage i guess. no that's not entierly true, but i have certainly been nervous about the call so have been avoiding it.
