5  After having a counselling session on Tuesday, Michael, my new counsellor, pointed me to Sabetours, and it's quite interesting. My top two sabetours were Avoidance and Restless, and immediatly reading through them I found things I'd say to myself a lot. I attributed Avoidance to Buddhism, and Restless to ADHD. I'm certain there are positive aspects of the way these thiings can be approached, but clearly it's also important to highlight when they become problems as well. My next 3 were all the same "weight", and though this test tells me they're not quite as relevant, I could still relate to them as well. Victim, Pleaser, and Hyper-rationale. Certainly quite a few thoughts to untangle here.
